- Ingredients 60-70 grams of tapioca flour

How to make boba
- Prepare a heat-resistant bowl. Add tapioca flour and boiling water. Stir well. Cover the boba dough with a damp cloth so it doesn't dry out. If using food coloring, add it at this step.

- Prepare a baking sheet, cover with parchment paper. Put the boba you make on top. Allow it to dry for at least 2 hours.
