  • Ingredients 60-70 grams of tapioca flour
  • 60 ml of boiling water
  • Food coloring (optional)

How to make boba

  1. Prepare a heat-resistant bowl. Add tapioca flour and boiling water. Stir well. Cover the boba dough with a damp cloth so it doesn't dry out. If using food coloring, add it at this step.
  2. Take the dough about 1/8 teaspoon. Make Round shape.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet, cover with parchment paper. Put the boba you make on top. Allow it to dry for at least 2 hours.
  4. Fill a pot with water, bring to a boil. Enter the dry boba. The boba will float when it's half cooked. Boil boba again for 15-20 minutes. Remove boba from heat. Drain well.
Boba is ready to use to make bubble tea, ice coffee topping or other desserts. Now you can enjoy cafe-style drinks in your home.
