For example, in creating every policy one must base itself on an existing empirical fact, that first, the society that is governed is plural (each group has certain characteristics); and second, the nature of the social interactions that arise in the relationships in that society.
In other words, every policy issued by the government must be based on the needs of the community and not on the wishes of the government alone. This is where the views on the importance of studying the sociology of government emerge.

The existence of sociology in the realm of science certainly has benefits that can be taken, namely:

Thus the social question is one which engages large numbers of people in ways that preclude the fulfillment of biological and social desires which are determined along the line agreed upon by society. Various attempts and ways have been made by people to overcome social problems, but there is no effective method that can solve every social problem that arises. The difficulty is because the problems that arise are not always the same, both the background, the time and the accompanying influences. Because social problems involve social values and feelings, it is suggested that the most appropriate method for overcoming these social problems is those related to social strategies (sociology).
Thus, it can be concluded that social planning is intended as an effort to reduce or eliminate social problems that arise as a result of imbalances or mismatches between the development of science and technology with nonmaterial cultural aspects in society.
