Make Jerky
Jerky is a material that is made thin and dried. Jerky can last a long time due to the low moisture content resulting from the drying process.
How to make beef jerky as follows:
Make Thinly sliced jerky
Tools and Materials
Meat, spices (garlic and coriander), table salt, washbasin, cutting board, knife, spice grinder, nyiru.

Processing Thinly sliced jerky- Meat is cleaned and then sliced wide and thin
- Spices are mashed and mixed until blended with the sliced meat.
- Arrange the seasoned meat on top of the nyiru and dry in the sun to dry. Drying can also use an oven.
- Once dry, packaged and labeled Jerky
- Jerky needs to be fried or steamed first when it is to be eaten.

Create Ground beef jerky
Tools and Materials
Meat, spices (garlic and coriander), table salt, wash basin plastic, knife, meat grinder, spice grinder, flat basket (nyiru).

Processing Ground beef jerky- Meat is cleaned and then ground
- Spices mashed and mixed with ground beef, dried in the sun to dry.
- Drying can also use the oven
- Once dry, packaged and labeled
