Her vivid appearance is seen for the first time in Sweet Mask's flashback. In One Punch Man chapter 135, we are shown Sweet Mask staring at a dashing man with the words "Blast" on his chest.

This is the first time we've seen Blast's appearance in this detail. Especially in Yusuke Murata's version, where Blast is usually served more mysteriously. Previously, when Blast appeared he was usually highlighted from behind. Or his face is covered in shadow in the webcomic version. Even this, Blast's face is actually not fully visible. Then in chapter 139 of the manga version, he really appears and we can clearly see his appearance and some of his strength.

One Punch Man's Blast Child

On the One Punch Man webcomic, there is a figure named Blue. This 16 year old youth is said to be the son of Blast, and he is determined to surpass his father. Who is the mother? Is he really Blast's son? For that matter, it's still a mystery.

There are several stories about Blast's achievements

How strong is Blast Punch?

There are indications that Blast is not as strong as Saitama, because Elder Centipede did not die when facing him. Even so, he also doesn't feel like a fake hero like King.

Still, Blast was a figure capable of defeating Elder Centipede two years before the story of Saitama. Even though this Elder Centipede is a monster that Genos, Bang, and Bomb have difficulty facing.

He can also defeat powerful ninjas from Ninja Village, where Sonic came from. Even in the past, even the Ninja Village elders who were said to be strong could be conquered by Blast.

In Tatsumaki's flashback, he was also able to easily tackle the large monster in the place where Tatsumaki was locked up.

Prior to chapter 139, the last known activity about Blast was two years before the story of Saitama.

Blast saved Tatsumaki 18 years ago. The moment Blast defeated the Ninja Village elders was 15 years ago, and the Ninja Village massacre was 9 years ago.

Taking those events into account, Blast's last activity before chapter 139 is defeating Elder Centipede two years before the story of Saitama.

In Tatsumaki, Blast admits that he is a hero just for a hobby

One of the highlights of Tatsumaki's flashback is that Blast reveals that he is actually just a hero for a hobby. It's also amazing that he can be the number one hero even though his motivation is said to be just a hobby.

What's unique about it? In chapter 137 of the manga version, Blast also says he has an original job too, and this hero profession is just a hobby.
