The forms of basketball practice skills are as follows.

1) Combination of bounce pass and dribbling exercises with various basic throwing and dribbling techniques.

The way players are divided into three rows, the three rows form a triangular position facing each other.
  • In the initial exercise, the distance of the three rows is 6 meters each, the longer the distance is further extended to 9 meters.
  • The frequency of exercise is getting faster and faster.
  • A1 dribbles the ball towards B1 then the ball is given to player B1 with a bouncing pass technique, A1 immediately runs to the back of line B.
  • B1 receives the ball and dribbles it towards C1, then the ball is given to player C1 with a bounce pass technique, and B1 immediately runs to the back of row C.

2) Combination exercises between dribbling, lay ups, rebounding and throwing the ball with various basic techniques of dribbling, lay ups, grabbing the ball, and throwing the ball

The trick is that players are divided into three rows. The first line stands behind the center line of the field.

The second row stands on the outer edge near the basketball hoop and is ready to rebound or pick up the ball. While the third row is also the same as the first row, but opposite each other.

  • The frequency of exercise is getting faster and faster.
  • Player A1 dribbles the ball then lays up, player A1 immediately runs to the back of row B. Player B1 grabs the ball or takes the ball that was played by player A1 earlier.
  • Then B1 dribbles the ball towards player C1 and gives the ball to C1. Player B1 immediately runs to the back of row C.
  • Then player C1 dribbles the ball towards row A and passes the ball to the last player in row A. Player C1 immediately runs to the back of row A.
  • And so on. The player in the first row (A) carries the ball. The lay-up is done from the right of the basketball hoop. In performing the operand or throw, the technique used may be free to choose. Do the exercises repeatedly until all the basic techniques have been mastered correctly.
