Loki realized that TVA was the source of the universe's power

Even though Mobius has been recruited as a TVA agent, Loki still wants to escape from TVA's headquarters. Using Mobius' stolen time pad, Loki managed to get out of Mobius' room and appeared in the room where the evidence was stored.

Here Loki meets Casey, a TVA officer who confiscates the Trasseract as evidence from Loki's hands. He also asked Casey to return the tesseract that was confiscated by TVA to return to his time.
