The hybrid's ghost DNA
In the previous 5 episodes, Dr. Singh and Rani who were burned alive finally survived because General Abbot came to their house looking for Dr. Gladys Bell's research notebook. Singh also had said that General Abbot would not be able to finish the vaccine from the book because there is a part that has not been studied by Dr. Bell, namely the ghost DNA section.
Ghost DNA is DNA in hybrid humans where there is a missing piece of chromosome, so to create a perfect H5G9 vaccine, the ghost DNA chromosomes must be rearranged. The location of the ghost DNA and chromosomes is only Dr. Aditya Singh knows, in other words the ghost DNA has not been recorded in Dr. Bell's research book.

Pigtail and Bobby leave the zoo
After Bobby Groundhog found a pink ribbon outside the zoo fence which marked the location of a hybrid installed by last man hunters, they finally decided to leave the zoo in search of a new hiding place. CCTV footage posted by Aimee around the zoo also shows the movement of the hybrid hunter troop.

Hunter troop train
Elsewhere, Bear, Gus and Big Man who were already on the freight train took a break while Gus played with Bear. However, Gus just realized that he lost the doll that Pubba gave him which he named Dog. Suddenly they heard footsteps coming towards the carriage they were riding in.
Big man, Bear and Gus immediately went into hiding. Seeing this impossible situation, Big Man finally decided to fight with the stranger.

| It turned out that the stranger was Jimmy Jacobs, a teammate of Tommy Jepperd a.k.a Big man when he was on the football team. Their fighting stopped, even Jimmy had time to help them show the map and the address that Gus was going to in Colorado. |
Not long after, a group of strangers were again walking to their carriage. It turned out that the last man hunting group was on the train too. Jimmy also explained that the train was a freight train that had been hired by the hunting team to transport goods.
Jimmy invites Gus, Bear and Bigman to hide in the last carriage where Jimmy usually rests. While peeking from the carriage window, Bigman saw Gus' doll right in the carriage of the hunting troop.
Bigman who was a former hybrid hunter finally disguised himself using a hunter's hat uniform to retrieve Gus' doll. But in the end Bigman was caught by the hunters.
Jimmy who managed to hold the last carriage door told Bigman, Bear and Gus to jump off the train so as not to be caught by the hunters. This is Jimmy's form of thanks to Big Man who once helped him. Finally Gus, Bear and Bigman managed to jump out of the train and continue their journey.
