Kathleen is working as a team lead related to a project which has many complex requirements. Christine is the business analyst and she is reporting to Kathleen. Kathleen and Christine work together to collect requirements and define the scope of the project. - Functional requirements: It describes the behavior of the product.
- Non-functional requirements : It describes the environmental conditions or qualities required for the project. E.g.: performance, security, etc.
