Answer: Option B is not a valid float.
Valid Float Types are;
- Total Float: The float for an activity is the amount of time that can be delayed without impacting the project schedule. The float for the activities on the critical path is zero.
- Free Float: The amount of time an activity can be delayed without affecting the early start of its successor.
- Project Float: The amount of time a project can be delayed without delaying the externally imposed project completion date.
