Matt Cowan's Donation Tips for Lenin
Before being removed, Amber post about barista on facebook status invited the attention of thousands of Facebook users, where they defended Lenin Barista Starbucks and blamed Amber for not wearing a mask in the midst of the pandemic that is currently taking place.
Until then, a netizen named Matt Cowan opened a donation on the GoFundMe website for Lenin because the barista, one of the Starbucks stores in the San Diego area, refused to serve customers who didn't use masks. Collected nearly 28 thousand US dollars in just three days, the money was then given to Lenin as barista tips.
"Thank you all for the tips !!! I hope you stay safe," wrote Lenin to those who appreciated his actions.
