Reset Tool + Temped = Nexus Blast
At the end of episode 2, Loki finally met his strongest variant, Lady Loki who prefers to be called by the name Sylvie (previously Randy when controlling the shopkeeper using his magic). Loki, who had explained to Sylvie that he joined the TVA agent because he was interested in TVA's energy sources (including the Infinity stone he had seen in the confiscation locker) and planned to overthrow TVA, was laughed at by Sylvie, who immediately went through the door of time.
It turned out that Sylvie had other plans that were bigger than Loki's. Every time Sylvie acts in the timeline, in addition to killing the minutemen troops, she often steals the troops' equipment such as reset tools and tempads.
The reset tool serves to reset events when the timeline at a location is disrupted by the arrival and behavior of variants. Meanwhile, the tempad functions as a variant detection device, time gate opener, time loop control for prisoners, etc.
Sylvie then designed the reset device to be moved randomly from the apocalypse by using the time door on the tempad. The number is very large and sent at the same time.
As a result, in the timeline of the universe, quite a lot of Nexus branching occurs or you could say there is a Nexus blast in the timeline. All the minutemen in TVA were deployed in large numbers to the Nexus branches to secure the timeline.
Diversion
The Nexus Blast designed by Lady Loki a.k.a Sylvie using reset and tempd tools turned out to be a diversionary strategy against TVA's army of minutemen. With the Nexus blast, the minutemen troops at TVA's headquarters will be less guarded because all troops are deployed to the nexus branches to secure it.

| That way, Sylvie was free to enter the TVA headquarters. This can be seen in episode 3 when Loki chased Sylvie who passed through the time door that was still open, it turned out that the time door was actually heading to TVA's headquarters. |
Loki also saw that several TVA guards had been lying down and found Sylvie standing in front of the golden door. Sylvie who was irritated by being followed by Loki continuously ended up fighting Loki.

What's behind the golden door, and what is Sylvie's real plan?
Sylvie and Loki apparently fell on the planet Lamentis-1. Lamentis-1 is a moon that will be destroyed because it was hit by a planet.

| Knowing this, Sylvie was furious and blamed Loki for ruining the plans she had made all along, especially since Sylvie had previously arrived at the golden elevator door she had been looking for. Plus they both had to be stranded in Lamentis-1 which was a large scale apocalypse according to the TVA template and the template Loki used to open the time door turned out to be running out of power so it couldn't go back to time travel. |
One way to charge the tempad is to use the power of an ark built by the government of Lamentis-1 to save the population from planetary destruction. Sylvie and Loki finally teamed up towards the ark's plane so the tempd could be re-started.
On the way to the ark plane, Loki was caught infiltrating and thrown out of the train window. Sylvie also jumped out of the carriage. As a result of the incident, Temped was damaged by the impact when Loki fell from the train.
